** HEALTH FORMS - CURRENT Blue Health Immunization Forms must be on file before your child can attend the Day School.

 

** REST MATS - A limited number of appropriate rest mats will be available for sale through the Day School. The cost is $27 and can be applied to your bill. Rest Mats must have an attached sheet. NO Sleeping bags. All children attending Extended Care in classes N4-4K will be required to have a Rest Mat.

 

** CARPOOL Dropoff (N5-4K) in the morning will be by the Gym Door from 9:00-9:15am. During Carpool, STAY IN YOUR CAR! Our Teachers are glad to buckle and unbuckle them. Teachers are required to buckle car seats. This means that if you pick up in two different places, each teacher is required to buckle car seats. NEW LEGISLATION EFFECTIVE JULY 2006 IS LISTED IN THE POLICY BOOK REGARDING CAR SEATS.

 

** Under No Circumstances or at any time is a child of any age to be dropped off and allowed to walk to his classroom unescorted by an adult!**

** DROP-OFF - When you drop off your child, no matter what class they attend, do so quickly. Lingering at the door only makes the leaving harder. Please be positive to your child. If they sense that you are worried about leaving, they will be more insecure. Of course, you are welcome to stay around the school as long as you wish and certainly call as often as you want. DO NOT ENTER THE CLASSROOM THOUGH.

 

** BREAKFAST - If your child is in N5-4K, they need to have already eaten breakfast before arriving at the Day School regardless of when they arrive. Do not come into the gym with any sort of breakfast for them to finish because the other children will want some too. 

 

 

** LOST & FOUND - Items do get misplaced. Please check with us AS SOON AS YOU REALIZE SOMETHING IS MISSING. We share all of our facilities with the church; therefore many individuals are involved in trying to track something down. IT IS IMPERRATIVE THAT YOU LABEL ALL PERSONAL ITEMS, CLOTHING, BACKPACKS, LUNCH BOXES, CONTAINERS, DIAPER BAGS, SWEATERS, JACKETS, ETC! If you do not label at home, the teacher will label your items. Remember it is very taxing to identidy every item each child brings to school. Lost items will be donated at the end of the year.
